I actually can't remember the exact issue from almost 4 years ago.  However, I
cannot remember the
issue happening in the resent past.

Can you confirm this still happens with 5.x or at least 4.8.x?  Also, can you
specify what exactly you think is wrong, and what you think the correct
behavior should be?
