ok, I've used a copy of a v4 file and imported an ofx file with kmymoney 5.0.3.

But the result of the grep command is empty:

$ ll domi-v5.kmy
-rw------- 1 domi domi 227885 Mar 29 19:00 domi-v5.kmy
$ zgrep kmmofx-acc-ref domi-v5.kmy
$ zgrep -i kmmofx-acc-ref domi-v5.kmy
$
