Various characters entered with accents

I am unable to duplicate this on openSUSE Leap 15.0, Plasma Desktop and
KMyMoney 5.0.5. 

KDE Frameworks 5.45.0
Qt 5.9.4 (built against 5.9.4)
KMyMoney 5.0.5-48c0b11ef
