SUMMARY
Scheduled transactions show wrong date in forecast and ignore action for
non-processing day

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a scheduled transaction and set action to next processing day
2. Look at forecast on home page or look at ledger with forecasting on

OBSERVED RESULT
Date in forecast is original date and action for non-processing day is ignored

EXPECTED RESULT
Date in forecast is expected processing date with the action for non-processing
day followed.
