[kmymoney] [Bug 407056] KDE Neo Edition update on 29 April 2019 removed KMyMoney and did NOT replace it and when I tried to ReInstall it using Discover I got an error 'Dependency Resolution Failed' and I'm unable to reinstall.

First, do you mean "Neo" or "Neon" edition?  (I'm not familiar with "Neo"
although I admit I don't know much about "Neon" either.)

In either case, however, this is most likely a downstream packaging issue - you
should report this to the neon team.  In fact, their website says about the
testing edition "Featuring pre-release KDE software built the same day from
bugfix branches. Good for testing. There is no QA. Will contain bugs."   This
needs to be reported to them, as it may well be a simple oversight or typo in
one of their configuration settings.
