Need new schedule option

Social Security sends sends out checks/deposits according to weekday in
month rather than day of month, i.e. 4th Wednesday of each month. No such
date option exists in the schedules setup. Each such schedule must be
edited each month to put the next proper date in it.

Please add to the to-do list for future update.
