I didn't compile, but tried this nightly appimage build
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Nightly_Appimage_Build/
and it was able to open my sqlite file, despite DB driver was named "SQLCipher
Version 3 (encrypted SQLite)".
