SUMMARY
When opening an billing you can't change category to all possible values by
drop down menue. It's just limited by accident.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. choose a bank account and double click on one entry
2. choose drop down of line category at the buttom to change the entry
3. the values offered are limited or even wrong: e.g. ingoing instead of
outgoing
4. Work around: delete existing entry and you'll get full choice

OBSERVED RESULT
 the values offered are limited or even wrong: e.g. ingoing instead of outgoing

EXPECTED RESULT
 all possible values should be offered
