I am not sure if this holds true for all environments. I build KMyMoney without
WEBENGINE enabled for a long time and can print without problems (both to
printer and to file).

openSUSE Leap 42.3
KDE Frameworks 5.32.0
Qt 5.6.2 (built against 5.6.2)
The xcb windowing system
