Problems Compiling KMM KF5

Thanks for the reminder - I had completely forgotten about that.   
However, I think only had that problem because I was using the Gentoo  
ebuild, and I also think Gentoo had done some non-standard arrangements  
to have both qt4 and qt5 present at the same time.  Just doing a manual  
configure and compile is likely to be easier.
