 Preferred mirror.

CSV, GNC, QIF Importer are enabled.

File/Import shows they are enabled.

CSV, GNC, QIF plugins showing in Tools/Configure.

I can unmap accounts that are mapped.  Can't map any accounts that are
unmapped.
