You did not wrote which online price service you are using: In case you are
refering to the Yahoo service - it was shutted down some time ago.

After adding online quote check support to the online quotes settings dialog it
turned out that currently only 1 from 18 services are working. The only
service, which works out of the box, is 'KMymoney Currency'.
