Neither 4.8 branch nor 5.x/master branch provides a documentation for the csv
export plugin.

How to reproduce:
1. start kmymoney
2. choose help->manual
3. enter section "Importing and exporting"

What happens ?
There is no section named "CSV Exporter"

What is expected ?
A section named  "CSV Exporter" describing how to work with the export would be
nice
