Think I've fixed (for me) your price date issue:

price: '1[ a-zA-Z]+=</span><br */?> *([\d\.]+)\s'
date:  '>updated \d+:\d+:\d+\([A-Z]+\) (\d{1,2}/\d{2}/\d{4})'
