Cool. I was in a similar situation many moons ago but back then neither Linux, 
KDE nor KMyMoney were born.

Adding to the (developer/API) documentation would be marvelous. Please feel 
free to send patches to Phabricator.

I try to merge 5.0 into master every now and then to backport the fixes we 
have made to the 5.0 branch. I am not sure how much longer this will work 
mostly hassle free. Some recent changes might cause a bit of trouble, but I 
have not checked. Also, a 5.0.1 bugfix-release is planned (at least by me).
