Sorry, but there is a misinterpretation on your side. "Enter next transaction"
is used to enter the next instance of a scheduled transaction.

How's this to be used:
1. set shortcut
2. select 'Scheduled transactions' view
3. select a schedule
4. Press shortcut

Observed result:
Dialog to enter next scheduled transaction is shown
