Currently there is *no* software to adequately track student loans (at least in
the United States). I've been using KMyMoney for years and it's quite powerful
but it cannot adequately track student loans.

Request:
Add ability to track student loans which would incorporate all of the nuances
of loans including:
(1) subsidized vs. unsubsidized;
(2) Capitalizing interest;
(3) Simple interest (automatically apply);
(4) Deferment vs. In Repayment;
(5) Different repayment plans (income based, standard, etc...)

Additional things that would be nice:
(5) tips on which loans to pay off the fastest (most of the times student loans
are divided up into a ton of smaller loans that have different interest rates);
(6) Daily interest accumulation (pretty straight forward as it's just simple
interest accumulated daily)

It blows my mind that the US Federal Gov't sends out all of these advisories to
students saying that they should be "fiscally smart" but then provide *no*
tools to adequately track debt. Aside from this request I am seeking funding
options to get an alternative off the ground as I think that this is incredibly
important - I believe student debt is the #2 debt in the country (outside of
home mortgages)
