Release 5.0.2?

same here, though I would not want to base it off the 5.0 branch but rather call it 5.1 and branch if of off master. The only thing we need to make sure is that all fixes that went into the 5.0 branch are also applied to master before we make a release.

Both windows and macos builds are only available on the master branch, hence my request for a 5.1 release.

I wanted to get this fixed but a) did not find the time and b) got distracted by other stuff. It would be very nice to have some sample files to reproduce the problem so that it is easier to fix. Maybe, such files already exist and I am not aware of them. If not, it would make things a lot easier.

Opinions? Suggestions?
