KMyMoney (feash installation of Kubuntu 17.10) crashes when entering a BIC due
to a missing dependency to libqt4-sql-sqlite. 

The bug can be reproduced by entering a BIC, e.g., FTSBDEFAMYO, into the "new
credit transfer" dialog.

After installation of the missing package, it works fine (and KMyMoney suggests
valid BICs).
