Problem with (lack of) matching on OFX import

When importing an OFX download, if the NAME field does not match an  
existing Payee, KMM creates a new payee with the imported NAME.  I  
would prefer in that case for the Name to be left missing, and the NAME  
and MEMO to be combined into the Memo field.

Although the NAME and MEMO fields are slightly different with direct  
connect and web connect downloads, they produce the same problem.  I  
also note there is no field PAYEEID in either the direct connect or the  
Web Connect downloads.  (This is for a Bank of America credit card,  
although I have the same problem with other downloads.)

Is this possible with the current version (4.8 or git master) or do I  
need to file a new wish list?
