Creating a new file from a template using another language as the current gui
language does not show the top level accounts in the same language.

How to reproduce:
1. Start kmymoney
2. create new file
3. choose a chinese account template

What happens ?
The top level accounts are displayed with the translation of the gui and not
the language from imported account templates.

What is expected ?
Top level account should be displayed with the same translation as the further
accounts
