KMymoney installation provides account templates for several languages which
are  installed on linux below /usr/share/kde4/apps/kmymoney/templates. With
version 4.8.0 the templates from the 'C' subdir are not included into the list
of available templates.

How to reproduce:
1. start kmymoney
2. open kmymoney file
3. Select file->import->account template

What happens:
The templates from the 'C' directory are not included e.g. "Full Chart"

What is expected:
The templates from the 'C' directory should be included into templates list
