On trying to open a mysql database with a snapshot from 

https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw32-kmymoney-portable?search_term=mingw32-kmymoney-portable
or 
https://software.opensuse.org/package/mingw64-kmymoney-portable?search_term=mingw64-kmymoney-portable

a dialog box comes up and says: No Qt SQL driver.

How to reproduce:
1. Download and unpack portable package on Windows
2. start kmymoney from bin dir of unpacked package
3. Select File->Open database
