On-line quotes for Financial Times UK funds was broken - now fixed - version 4.8.0

Hi All,

I've fixed the above (though probably only until FT change something!). 
I don't know if this should be reported as a bug or not.

Date: Data delayed at least 15 minutes, as of(.*)

Date format: %m %d %y

Skip html stripping: left unchecked

It's necessary to set a factor of 0.01 in the security detail wizard for 
some prices since they are reported in pence rather than UK pounds.

I use this all the time so can report any future changes if you like.
