1. Set base currency to GBP
2. Create Asset account in GBP
3. Set base currency to USD
4. Create Liability account in USD
5. Create Income Category in CAD
6. Create Expense Category in CNY
7. Set base currency to EUR
8. Ensure consistency report only identifies problem with Asset and Liability accounts.
