MS-Money is what KMyMoney was modelled after some 15 years ago.

That depends on your local settings. Not knowing the specific version of 
KMyMoney and the underlying operating system you are using, your mileage may 
vary. Please see if "Settings/KDE Language settings" is available to you 
inside KMyMoney. If not, please get back to us with some information about 
your installation.

The font size is usually controlled by the surrounding KDE environment. Again, 
this is somewhat specific to your environment.
