Ah, you added id="A000004" to the correct report to limit the used accounts.

+   <ACCOUNT id="A000004"/>
  </REPORT>

In the wrong report there is 
  <REPORT ... >
+   <ACCOUNTGROUP group="equity"></ACCOUNTGROUP>
  </REPORT>
