Building kmymoney-4.8.0 from sources, after 'make install', it installs a
header
kmymoney/mymoneyaccount.h
which contains:
#include "payeeidentifier/payeeidentifier.h"
#include "payeeidentifier/ibanandbic/ibanbic.h"

Except none of the contents from payeeidentifier are installed (with 'make
install').

Either the payeeindentifier references should be removed or the
payeeindentifier headers should get installed.
