Hello

Before explanation, sorry for my english, I am french (and my KMyMoney is in
french mode).

In the KMyMoney configuration, in General page, I set the begin of the fiscal
year to the 1st July.

When I list the operations, I see the "This year" in yellow, but the begin is
the 1st January (and not the 1st July as set in configuration). => not critic

When I want to set a budget, the fiscal year beginning is not taking into
account. Indeed, the 12 months are listed in order (January to December) and
not to July to June. The budget seems to use a civil year and not the fiscal
year.

Perhaps I am the bug :).
