KPluginInfo::fromServices

Hi Łukasz,

I already replaced it (it is way simpler now, no .desktop files needed anymore). Unfortunately some of my changes broke something so I will need some more time to fix that.

Please do not change anything regarding the plugin system at the moment – I changed a lot! Unfortunately I have no time to continue my work in October. However, I hope to (and look forward to) hack on KMyMoney in near future again.
