precision in currency dialog for BTC accounts

According to: git tag --contains 3546eb8c4086ea556b918f462674628986d8fb26

4.7.2

Your version contains the currency, the problem is that it will only
be added when a new file is created. Thomas do you remember why
KMyMoneyView::loadDefaultCurrencies was implemented this way?
