Help test onlinebanking

Hi,

Because AqBanking does not have a cmake based build system I could not
package it on Windows using the MSCV compiler. I had an attempt once
to build it using mingw4 but it needed a *lot* of patches so I left it
as is hoping that somebody will provide a cmake based build system for
AqBanking.
