In the Accounts view, if I right click on an account and close it, the entire
display gets redrawn with the account hierarchy fully expanded, even if it was
all collapsed prior to the close.  This can be annoying if I'm specifically
trying to work only within one account and its subaccounts.  I don't know if
this is an explicitly action in the code, or a side effect of  redisplaying the
tree view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Accounts view, List tab
2. Right click an account and select "Close account"
3.

Actual Results:  
The view is redraws, fully expanded.

Expected Results:  
The expansion or collapsed state of the tree is not changed.

I'm calling it wishlist, but minor would also be OK.
