Devels:  there appears to be no 4.8.0 download for windows.  The windows
download still points to 4.7, and the 4.8 download points to source.

James:  please tell us EXACTLY what you have tried.  What link are you clicking
on https://kmymoney.org.  Right now, the download link points to a source file,
which won't help you on Windows.  The windows download link points to 4.7.2,
which is probably what you are currently running.  Also, please post EXACT
