I'm running KMyMoney using a MySQL database on another server on launching I
get a reported error ...
Cannot open file as requested. Error was: Error in function void
MyMoneyStorageSql::createTable(const MyMoneyDbTable&, int) : creating
table/index kmmAccountsPayeeIdentifier
