OK - I didn't look hard enough.  Copy to clipboard and save as file are
available on the context menu (right clicking within the window).  However, I'm
not going to cancel the bug, since explicit buttons for those items would be
more obvious, and avoid bugs like this :-)  even if it does make it an even
lower priority.
