Correct. the reference docbook has an own date/releaseinfo, it was updated to 2016-12-05/5.0, therefore date/releaseinfo were changed

They have not been removed from the program, the updated reference docbook has links to kde fundamentals, where all common menu items are described and kept up to date in one place.
