KF5 release

Hi Thomas,
I've been using the kf5 port of kmymoney for a while now. I've also
helped port other applications to kf5. What aspects need to be looked
at? I can take a look with some guidance. Last time I looked through
the kmymoney code I got lost pretty quickly :) It's a big code base.
