Problems building kmymoneywidgets.so

Thomas mentioned that he wasn't sure if this library would be needed or not
in the future, but it seems that currently at least it's useful to have as
it makes editing some of the .ui files much friendlier.

Anyways, I have a patch which will fix this.  It's a pretty minor patch,
just a few #ifndefs and a slight change to a cmakelists file.  What is the
proper way to submit patches?
