Clarification/question:  "Not reconciled" shows both reconciled and not marked
transactions.  Given that the transaction state dropdown filter in the ledger
explicitly includes both "Not reconciled" and "Not marked" I wonder if the
report dropdown for state should be expanded to match.  However, whichever is
intended, the current behavior seems wrong.
