OK, and, again, as this bug references CSV export, you want to export a file,
selecting the separator.

I have just done that, choosing semi-colon as the separator.  The produced file
was then imported into KMM, and appeared correctly formatted, and showing
semi-colon as the separator.

This is on the stable 4.7.2.
