First question, is there a wishlist item at bugs.kde.org for this?  I

While I will defer to any of the developers who might be working on it,  
my understanding is that the current development focus is on porting  
the application to the new KDE Frameworks.  Once this is released,  
hopefully early next year (but no formal schedule yet) we can regroup  
and prioritize the outsanding bugs and wishlist items.  I suspect it  
will also depend on how much effort it will take.  The bug should also  
include some information on the implications of allowing a zero rate  
VAT.

Finally, I'll have to review previous messages on this, in case it has  
already been discussed, but what is the reasoning for a zero rate VAT,  
instead of just not having a VAT?
