No, that doesn't seem to be relevant, but see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=333949 .
This includes matching both of manually entered and imported transactions.
The fix is in Master, and will appear in the next stable release, 4.8.

This has not yet been added to the Windows version.  It seems that development
focus in on releasing Frameworks5/Qt5, which should also include the fix.
