When I import OFX files (File | Import | OFX) I get a blank dialog box with a
busy icon. Only way to get out of it is to kill kmymoney entirely.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File | Import | OFX...

Actual Results:  
Blank dialog with a spinning "wait" icon

Expected Results:  
Should get the OFX import dialog
