I mentioned a couple of days ago, in connection with [Bug 308017] "UI 
doesn't update/freezes", that whilst I am now not able to reproduce that 
problem, there appeared to be a very occasional issue with the ledger 
view not refreshing.

Just now, I've seen something that may be related.

On starting to look at a lister's problem, I opened an existing 
investment account and switched to the Transaction Form.  This opened, 
but was devoid of many features.

There was no grid, no transactions, and the Transaction Form was totally 
blank.

The column headings were present, the investment value was showing, also 
Never Reconciled.  The New and Delete icons were showing.

Clicking on New brought up all the missing features.

I exited and reopened, but this time all was correct.
