The problem is, that all your expense categories are in IDR not in EUR.  See
the categories tab of KMyMoney. It shows you the balance of each category in
IDR and its value in EUR (which is calculated using the price/exchange rate
information). To avoid the situation you are seeing, create expense categories
in EUR.
