Looking for feedback from Windows 8/8.1 users, please.  Another user has 
reported that the csv importer plugin is unresponsive. [Bug 339044] CSV 
import wizard does not appear to be working.

I'm not looking for an in-depth test, but purely, when it is launched, 
whether or not it responds to the radio buttons on the first page.
