            Bug ID: 339040
Summary: Investment Prices added by transactions and manual do
                    not carry into reports
           Product: kmymoney
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: General
          Assignee: kmymoney-devel at kde.org
          Reporter: gssmn4 at aol.com

I have three investment accounts containing 5-8 mutual funds. Entering
transactions in the journal gives me a list of prices, but these prices are not
consistent when I prepare a report on the account. Each account balance is
reported at month's end, and I have to add a month end price for each fund. My
last trade in the fund is not usually at the end of the month, so I have to add
price by user. Sometimes, prices are deleted and there seems to be no way to
correct the missing prices. Error reports don't make any sense.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter transactions in the journal for each fund in the account
2. insert month end prices in the prices data base

3. select report that shows end of month evaluation.

Actual Results:
Seems to pick a prices for some funds that are not consistent with the journal
entries. Total value of the accounts does not agree with brokers report for
the account.

Expected Results:
Should have used prices consistent with the fund, date and journal

I am considering transfer of my accounting information from Quicken to
Kmymoney, but this inconsistency in prices between the journal and reports
could be the end.

My Kmymoney version 4.6.4 on Ubuntu 14.04 does not produce multicolumn reports,
although such reports are described in the documentation.?
