Cristian, I haven't introduced payee matching criteria after all - it's been
there as a proposal for quite some time and I recently discarded it after
Christian's comment on likely "collision" with HBCI.

As far as I know (but haven't checked in the code) there were no changes in
transaction matching code for a long time and the payee is NOT a criteria for
matching.
