OFX text log for non-matching transaction

This is a sanitized (hopefully) OFX log file for a single imported transaction
that does not match to an entered one.  If manually matched and accepted,
updating using OFX direct connect will import another transaction just like it
that is unmatched.  Ideally, the new transaction would be considered a
"duplicate" and not imported again.

This seems to happen to every transaction in this account in version 4.7.0,
though other accounts are working correctly.
